A 化学 Hygiene Plan has been developed which includes policies, procedures and responsibilities designed to create an awareness of potentially hazardous chemicals in the 工作place and to train employees, students and contractors in appropriate, 安全工作条件.
It is important that everyone assume equal responsibility for chemical safety. 员工 and students wishing to gain access to pertinent safety information should initially contact their supervisor or instructor. In the event information is unavailable they can contact the Office of 安全 and 环保合规 for assistance. 的 University's 安全 and 环保合规 department maintains department inventories and manages related permits. Currently the 安全 and 环保合规 department maintains a permit for the treatment, storage and disposal of hazardous chemicals.
